WAITER/WAITRESS (Male candidates are preferred)

• Keep informed of menu items available to customers. Stay updated on meal courses to serve food in the correct sequence. • Assist the Captain and serve orders directly to customers. • Frequently check to ensure tables are neatly organized. Stay informed of reservations. • Ensure that reserved tables are properly set (receptacles, napkins, etc.) as requested. • Explain the featured menu to customers and upsell. Recommend beverages. • Respond kindly to and resolve any problems customers may experience. • Keep all furniture, containers, and other items in the workplace clean. • Ensure that menu items served to customers match the orders taken. Carefully observe customers until their meal is finished. • Be knowledgeable about food and beverages (types, hours of operation, and nature of services). • Keep informed of auxiliary facilities (types of facilities, sizes, hours of operation, and related services). • Stay informed about how to access information that customers may request, including membership systems and related services. • Report to the Manager immediately if any problem arises in facilities or services and take appropriate action. • Receive and handle customer complaints and requests professionally. Accept compliments and criticism gracefully. • Provide directions and assistance in guiding customers when necessary.

• Education: College degree or above.
• Experience: Previous experience in hotel restaurant service preferred.
• Credenitals: Certificates in hotel service or food & beverage preferred.
