Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and maintain a strong presence in the talent market.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
