As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage, body, and facial treatments, ensuring our guests experience ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. You will uphold the highest standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism, contributing to the serene and luxurious atmosphere of our resort spa. You will work closely with the spa management to maintain treatment room standards, manage product inventory, and ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition. Your ability to build rapport with guests, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and products will be key to your success. - Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Certification or diploma in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), body treatments, and facials.
- Excellent knowledge of spa products and their benefits, with the ability to recommend and upsell.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to create a calm and relaxing environment for guests.
- High level of personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are a strong plus.
