Mô tả công việc
- Maintain, inspect, and repair AHU and FCU units.
- Establish and implement operation and maintenance plans for HVAC systems and ductwork.
- Conduct operational management and inspection of heating/air conditioning systems and related ducts.
- Perform regular equipment operation inspections.
- Support new construction and facility expansion projects.
- Establish and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual inspection plans.
- Manage and implement water and power usage plans.
- Supervise the operation and inspection of water supply/drainage pumps, tanks, and sewage systems.
- Maintain and repair hot and cold water pipelines.
- Conduct regular machinery and equipment inspections.
- Manage and supervise the smooth operation of boilers and refrigeration systems.
- Ensure optimal operation of boilers through effective water quality management.
- Manage and supervise package air-conditioning units and cooling towers.
- Oversee all refrigeration equipment in machine rooms, ensuring proper function and safety compliance.
- Manage ground water systems, waste water, and drainage systems.
- Monitor and control indoor air conditioning and humidity to maintain a pleasant environment.
- Manage and supervise tap and ground water systems.
- Supervise operation of pumps, tanks, and drainage equipment for kitchens, guest areas, and service facilities.
- Maintain plumbing networks for pools, saunas, and guestroom areas.
- Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance for all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Support kitchen operations by maintaining utilities, gas lines, and exhaust systems.
- Ensure all works comply with hotel SOPs and safety regulations.
- Supervise and assign daily tasks for technicians during shifts.
- Coordinate with other departments to promptly address repair requests.
- Prepare and hand over shift reports with complete maintenance records.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and technical performance.
- Be proactive and courteous when dealing with guests or colleagues regarding technical issues.
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and respect in all interactions.
- Stay alert, anticipate guest needs, and take initiative in resolving problems efficiently.
- Maintain hotel standards for charm, confidence, and attentiveness.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Thermal HVAC Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Machinery and HVAC systems, with at least 3 years in a 5-star hotel or similar facility.
- Technical Skills: Electrical & Mechanical systems, Air Conditioning, and Machinery Engineering.
- Software Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Foxit Reader, AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
