Position Summary: The Sheraton Fitness Attendant/Gym & Pool Attendant plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to guests using the fitness and pool facilities at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel. This position ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym and pool areas.
• Monitor the use of equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Provide guests with information about fitness services and programs.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Support the organization of fitness classes and poolside events.
• Ensure towels, water, and other amenities are stocked and available.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their experience.

Work Environment: This role requires working in a dynamic hospitality environment, interacting with a diverse range of guests. The position involves standing for extended periods and requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fitness or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
