• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a luxury resort or high-end spa environment.
• Proficiency in a wide range of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Thai), body scrubs, wraps, and facial treatments.
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest service.
• Ability to assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
