Senior F&B Outlet Supervisor

Selectum Noa Resort Camranh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior F&B Outlet Supervisor to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction. You will lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team, maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, and contribute to a memorable dining experience for all our guests. This position requires a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing staff performance, optimizing service flow, handling guest feedback professionally, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with the F&B management team to implement strategies that enhance profitability and guest loyalty, playing a crucial part in the resort's success.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory role within a high-volume F&B operation, preferably in a resort or 4-5 star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop staff.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, inventory management, and cost control.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in F&B POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
