Senior Construction Project Manager

• Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through close-out.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Direct and supervise project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and resolve disputes effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and construction practices.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in construction project management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role, preferably within the real estate development sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex construction projects (e.g., high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use developments).
• Expert knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and other relevant tools.
