• Proven experience as a Concierge, Senior Concierge, or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of Da Nang and surrounding areas, including popular attractions, dining establishments, cultural sites, and transportation options.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs and resolving issues efficiently.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the operational demands of a luxury hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and office applications.
