As a Senior Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role requires a creative individual with strong leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding a team of talented chefs to deliver culinary excellence across various resort outlets. You will contribute to menu development, manage inventory, and maintain a smooth, efficient kitchen workflow, all while upholding the resort's commitment to outstanding guest satisfaction.

- Proven experience as a Senior Chef or a similar role in a high-volume hotel or resort environment.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a diverse range of cooking techniques and international cuisines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menus that cater to various dietary preferences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A culinary degree or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
