Security Operations Team Leader

Selectum Noa Resort Camranh is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Operations Team Leader to oversee and manage our resort's security operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property. You will implement and enforce security policies and procedures, conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and provide comprehensive training to your team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for everyone at our beautiful resort.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the security team.
• Developing and implementing security protocols and emergency response plans.
• Conducting regular security checks and patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Responding promptly and effectively to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Investigating security breaches, accidents, and suspicious activities, and preparing detailed reports.
• Monitoring surveillance equipment and access control systems.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations.
• Providing ongoing training and development for security staff.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure guest experience.
• Maintaining accurate records of security incidents, shift logs, and operational activities.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a security role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry or a large facility.
• Strong understanding of security operations, risk assessment, and incident management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and during emergency situations.
• Proficiency in using security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control, and communication devices.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security and safety.
• First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by resort operations.
• A relevant vocational qualification or college degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
