• Proven experience in a sales supervisory or senior sales role within the hospitality or resort industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the luxury resort segment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
