- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, MICE market, and F&B services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
