• Proven experience (3-5 years) in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-volume fine dining establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in relevant restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
