Job Summary

As a Regent Experience Executive (Korean Speaking), you are the curator of unforgettable guest experiences. You will act as the primary liaison for our Korean-speaking guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, personalized, and elevated at every stage — from pre-arrival to post-departure.

You anticipate needs, craft bespoke itineraries, and provide thoughtful recommendations that reflect both the guest’s preferences and the essence of the Regent experience. Your cultural understanding and language fluency allow you to bridge communication gracefully, ensuring our guests feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

This role requires a refined sense of service, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across all departments to deliver harmony and excellence in every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Personalization

• Act as the main point of contact for all Korean-speaking guests throughout their stay.
• Provide pre-arrival support, including personalized communication, itinerary planning, and special arrangements.
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure their journey is seamless through departure follow-up.
• Anticipate needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations for dining, wellness, and local experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with empathy, ensuring every interaction reinforces trust and satisfaction.

Cultural & Language Expertise

• Serve as the cultural liaison for Korean guests, ensuring all interactions are respectful, appropriate, and personalized.
• Translate and interpret guest needs accurately to support operational departments.
• Assist in training the team on Korean guest expectations, etiquette, and service nuances.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to coordinate personalized service.
• Support the Regent Experience team in maintaining service excellence in line with Regent Service Behaviors and IHG standards.
• Participate in daily briefings, service reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior colleagues and assist in developing a culture of proactive, guest-focused hospitality.

• Ensure all guest interactions are accurately recorded and followed up using hotel systems.
• Assist in preparing VIP arrival reports and coordinate special guest arrangements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the resort’s services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Support sustainability and wellness initiatives aligned with Regent’s brand ethos.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Butler service within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written). Additional language skills are a plus.
• Deep understanding of Korean culture, etiquette, and guest expectations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a genuine passion for creating personalized experiences.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera PMS or similar.
