Recreation & Kids Club Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our Kids Club and various recreational programs. You will plan, organize, and execute a wide array of activities designed to entertain, educate, and engage children and adults alike. This includes managing schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring all activities adhere to the highest safety standards. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of recreation attendants, fostering a positive and energetic work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the quality of our guest services and enhancing the overall resort experience.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a recreation or kids club supervisory role within a luxury resort or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of recreational activities for various age groups.
• Knowledge of child development and safety protocols for children's activities.
• First Aid and CPR certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Creative and energetic personality with a passion for guest engagement.
