Product Executive

CÔNG TY BẢO HIỂM NHÂN THỌ SUN LIFE VIỆT NAM is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Executive to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Actuarial, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure our product offerings meet market demands, align with business strategies, and comply with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing ones.
• Assisting in the development of new life insurance products and features, including drafting product specifications, benefit structures, and policy wordings.
• Coordinating with Actuarial teams to ensure product viability, pricing accuracy, and profitability.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to develop effective product launch strategies, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and recommending adjustments to optimize market penetration and client satisfaction.
• Ensuring all product-related activities adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Supporting the sales force with product knowledge and technical expertise.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product development or product management within the life insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape in Vietnam.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
