Phu Quoc | Wellness & Recreation Coordinator

Regent Phu Quoc is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Wellness & Recreation Coordinator to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of activities, from fitness classes and spa treatments to outdoor adventures and cultural workshops. • Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of wellness trends, fitness activities, and recreational program development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to create engaging and diverse activity schedules for all age groups.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are highly advantageous.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
