- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a management role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing and PR strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, SEO, and content management systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage media relations, crisis communications, and brand reputation effectively.
- Creative mindset with an eye for luxury aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a small team.
- Experience working with international luxury brands and an understanding of global market dynamics.
