Phu Quoc | Head Bartender, Luxury Resort Lounge

Regent Phu Quoc is seeking an exceptional Head Bartender to lead our vibrant bar team within our luxurious resort lounge. This pivotal role involves crafting innovative beverage programs, ensuring impeccable service standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff training, and maintaining the highest levels of product quality and presentation. As a Head Bartender, you will be a key ambassador of the Regent brand, embodying our commitment to sophisticated luxury and personalized service. You will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage management team to develop seasonal menus, organize special events, and continuously innovate our offerings. Your leadership will ensure a smooth and efficient bar operation, fostering a positive work environment while exceeding guest expectations through exceptional beverage craftsmanship and engaging interactions.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Bartender, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor) within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end lounge environment.
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Demonstrated ability to create and develop innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training, mentoring, and motivating a diverse bar team.
• Excellent inventory management and cost control abilities, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
