- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director of Operations, Resident Manager, or General Manager) within a 5-star property.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse operational departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a large multicultural team.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage.
