MICE Manager

Pullman Vung Tau Hotel & Convention Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced MICE Manager to lead our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions department. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of MICE event planning and execution, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality, capable of managing complex projects and leading a dedicated team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing MICE sales strategies, building strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies, and crafting bespoke proposals that meet diverse client needs. From initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, you will ensure seamless coordination with all hotel departments, meticulous attention to detail, and the highest standards of service delivery. • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in MICE sales or event management within a 4-5 star hotel or convention center environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully executing large-scale events.
• Excellent understanding of the MICE market, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in relevant hotel management software and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
