Marketing Executive

CHARMANT SUITES CẦN THƠ is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract new guests, and drive revenue. You will manage our digital channels, create compelling content, and support various promotional activities to ensure CHARMANT SUITES CẦN THƠ remains a top choice for travelers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Create engaging content (text, image, video) for various platforms to promote our suites, services, and special offers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional packages and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and guest experience.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events and special occasions at the suites.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and their impact on business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
