Lead Architect, Urban Development Projects

NOVALAND is seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Architect to spearhead our urban development projects. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future landscapes of Vietnam, leading design teams through all phases of large-scale, complex urban projects from conceptualization to execution. You will be responsible for defining architectural vision, ensuring design excellence, and integrating innovative, sustainable solutions that align with NOVALAND's commitment to creating vibrant, livable communities.

As a Lead Architect, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and articulate compelling architectural concepts and master plans for diverse urban projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public spaces.
• Oversee the entire design process, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (planning, engineering, sales, marketing) and external consultants (landscape architects, urban planners, structural engineers).
• Present design proposals to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, effectively communicating design intent and rationale.
• Stay abreast of global architectural trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable design practices to continuously elevate NOVALAND's project portfolio.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Drive innovation in design methodologies and material selection to achieve aesthetic, functional, and sustainable outcomes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a significant portfolio demonstrating leadership in large-scale urban development or complex mixed-use projects.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams, with excellent mentorship and team-building skills.
• Exceptional design sensibility, strong conceptual thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Thorough understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
