Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data management.
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
Stay updated on technology trends and recommend new solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
Lead digital transformation projects (cloud migration, ERP/CRM implementation, automation).
Ensure compliance with data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements.
Build and manage a high-performing IT team; provide leadership, training, and career development.
Act as the key liaison with vendors, partners, and external consultants.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems (ERP/CRM), cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and digital transformation.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
