We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our esteemed team at JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction throughout our luxurious property. You will lead and motivate our housekeeping team, oversee daily operations, and maintain impeccable standards that reflect the JW Marriott brand excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry personnel.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Training new team members and providing ongoing coaching and development to existing staff.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient usage.
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with the Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Preparing daily work assignments, schedules, and performance reports.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, based on hotel needs.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
