Housekeeping Attendant

CHARMANT SUITES CẦN THƠ is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeping Attendant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable environment throughout their stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all guest rooms and public areas, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience and the reputation of our suites.

Key responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all areas meet the established quality standards. You will also be expected to report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety.

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in a hotel/hospitality setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of the job (e.g., bending, lifting, standing for long periods).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and adherence to safe handling procedures.
• Basic understanding of English is a plus, for guest interaction.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
