Key responsibilities include:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with a significant portion in a leadership or training capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage, guest services, and staff development.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Professional certifications in coaching or hospitality training are a plus.
