JOB PURPOSE
Lead and drive the strategic direction, architecture, and operation of the Bank’s Data and AI Center, ensuring alignment with PVcomBank’s overall business strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the Data & AI Strategy aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
- Design and govern a modern data and AI architecture to enhance analytics capability and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and implement Big Data and AI technology roadmaps that meet evolving business needs.
- Lead the design and deployment of data platforms, AI/ML solutions, and GenAI/LLM applications to support business and operational units.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of MLOps/LLMOps frameworks, ensuring models are continuously optimized and monitored in production.
- Direct the implementation of data governance systems and data integration solutions.
- Research, test, and apply emerging technologies to enhance the bank’s data and AI ecosystem.
- Coach and develop internal teams on data analytics, AI/ML/LLM, and MLOps practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in Data Analytics / AI / ML, including 5 years in management or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in at least three data and AI platform projects as project leader or technical head.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, data architecture, and AI strategy in banking.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML/LLM model deployment, MLOps, and analytics tools.
- Expertise in AWS Cloud, SQL and NoSQL databases, vector databases, RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning models.
