Wyndham Soleil Danang is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes.
• Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach to handling challenging situations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights if required.
