PANDANUS RESORT MUI NE is seeking a dynamic and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and anticipating guest needs to create memorable experiences. This role requires a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality in a beautiful resort setting.
You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the resort's high standards of excellence. - Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or 4/5-star hotel environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Additional language proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
