Le Palmier Ho Tram Resort is seeking a dedicated and passionate Guest Relations professional to join our vibrant team. As a Guest Relations team member, you will be the face of our resort, responsible for ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service and creates unforgettable memories. You will proactively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, resolve inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. This role is crucial in upholding our reputation for outstanding hospitality and contributing to a luxurious and welcoming environment for all visitors.
You will be an ambassador for our resort, handling guest feedback with grace and efficiency, and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds and make them feel valued will be key to your success and our resort's continued excellence.

- Proven experience in a similar guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 or 5-star resort environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Vietnamese (additional languages are a significant plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, empathetic approach to guest satisfaction.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation, reflecting the luxury standards of our resort.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for service excellence and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
