• Proven experience in a guest relations, front office, or customer service role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Vietnamese. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs and resolving issues.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
