You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, reflecting the resort's commitment to excellence. Yêu cầu công việc

  • Proven experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably within a resort or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese) are a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Competency in using hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
