• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events or shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.

• Proven experience in a similar F&B service role, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
