FB Manager

Lotte Hotel Hanoi is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our diverse F&B operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, staff management, financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene across all F&B outlets. You will drive innovation, enhance service standards, and contribute significantly to the hotel's reputation as a premier dining destination.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directing and managing all F&B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Developing and implementing F&B strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Leading, motivating, and training the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Managing inventory, procurement, and cost control effectively.
• Creating innovative menus and promotions in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing feedback promptly to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant group.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, including fine dining, banqueting, and bar management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Proficiency in F&B management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
