Selectum Noa Resort Camranh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeping Operations Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across our luxurious resort. You will be instrumental in leading and developing our dedicated housekeeping team, managing inventory, and implementing best practices to maintain an impeccable environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling and training, conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences through proactive service and meticulous attention to detail. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
