Event Coordinator

Pullman Vung Tau Hotel & Convention Center is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences and meetings to elegant weddings and social gatherings. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless event delivery, exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards of service synonymous with the Pullman brand. This role requires a creative mind, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in event coordination or a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel/convention center.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
