In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences around the clock. You will oversee all hotel departments during your shift, acting as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and upholding our high standards of service. Your leadership will inspire our team to deliver memorable moments for every guest, contributing to the hotel's reputation for excellence.

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and security procedures.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling diverse guest requests and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese) are a significant advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
