Corporate Sale Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sale Manager to join our team at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving corporate sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. You will work closely with various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery to our corporate clients.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any client concerns promptly.
• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance.
