- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, or a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
