Pullman Vung Tau Hotel & Convention Center is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be a vital part of our kitchen operations, responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You will lead and mentor junior chefs, contribute to menu development, and uphold the reputation for culinary excellence that Pullman is known for. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and leadership in a vibrant hotel environment, serving both local and international guests.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation and cooking of dishes in your assigned section, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience, contributing to the overall success of our food and beverage operations.

- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and international cuisines.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures.
- Creative flair and attention to detail in food presentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
