• Familiarity with online testing platforms and a keen interest in integrating AI for content generation and adaptive testing.
• Exceptional command of the English language, with native or near-native proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards under tight deadlines.
• Master's degree or higher in Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Language Assessment, or a related field.
