The Aqua Server is a pivotal role at the Regent Phu Quoc, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This position requires excellent service with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring satisfaction and memorable dining experiences.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote menu specials and upsell items to enhance guest dining experiences.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Work Environment: The role operates in a vibrant and dynamic restaurant setting, requiring flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
