- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on agent-based systems or intelligent automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing, training, and deploying AI models and agents in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with conversational AI platforms or chatbot development is a plus.
