Actuarial Analyst - Life & Health Products

AIA Vietnam is seeking a talented and driven Actuarial Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on Life & Health Products. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development, pricing, and management of our diverse product portfolio. You will contribute to ensuring the financial soundness of our products, supporting business growth, and delivering value to our customers. Key responsibilities include assisting in product design and pricing, conducting experience studies, performing reserving calculations, supporting regulatory reporting, and contributing to various actuarial projects. You will utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze data, build models, and provide insights that inform strategic business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Progress towards actuarial designations (e.g., FSA, FIA, or equivalent) is highly preferred, with a commitment to pursuing further exams.
• 1-3 years of experience in an actuarial role, preferably within the life or health insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., Prophet, MoSes, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex actuarial concepts clearly.
